Sam Pillsbury's goal as an Arizona wine grape grower-winemaker is to create a distinctive regional boutique beverage.Pillsbury is the owner of Pillsbury Wine Company which produces 30 acres of grapes and 2,400-2,800 cases of wine annually.Varieties grown include: Syrah, Petite Sirah, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Grenache, Viognier, Malvasia, Mourvédre, Symphony, and Roussanne.
