The state of Illinois requires insurance companies to cover the cost of epi pens.

A man walking through state-owned land found a fugitive who vanished more than three years ago.

The first day of school was delayed in a Kansas city because of a storm.

Farmers markets will be held again in Bloomington, Ind., but with increased security.

A marker will be placed in Illinois where the state's first soybeans were planted.
