Max Armstrong shares that few observers can provide an accurate picture of when the meat packing industry would return to normal. Max reports that all of the beef, pork and poultry plants that have closed due to COVID-19 have reopened, however there are questions of capacity utilization of these plants. And there are continued concerns.
