If there is going to be a new farm bill this year, it is going to take bipartisan effort, Sen. Debbie Stabenow said at Farm Bill Summit.

Chairman of Senate Ag Committee chairman Pat Roberts predicted members of his committee will work together. He also stressed importance of trade.

Stabenow expects another battle over crop insurance program.
