MORNING Midwest Digest, June 22, 2018

Max Armstrong talks about farm bill passage, phone scams and an unexpected delivery.

The 2018 farm bill passed the house, barely. It makes significant changes to the SNAP portion. The Senate could vote on the farm bill as soon as next week.

Farmers would like to see immigration reform passed.

Beware of the scammers. A 27-year-old man in Minnesota posed as an IRS agent and duped people into buying Target gift cards. He redeemed $224,000 in gift cards.

An Indiana resident received a package of 10 pounds of marijuana. Police haven't determined where it came from.
