MORNING Midwest Digest, June 13, 2018

Max Armstrong talks about rain and heat, frustrated corn growers and a climbing raccoon.

Rain totals reached 10 inches in some places in Indiana over the course of 2 days recently. And now the heat index could reach 100 this weekend.

Corn growers are visiting the EPA administrator to talk about his frustrating efforts. Some in South Dakota won't even meet with the administrator as he makes plans to show up.

A raccoon climbed a skyscraper in downtown St. Paul, Minn., yesterday. He was safely caught in a live trap this morning.
