Max Armstrong reports on changes to USDA’s plan to move two offices out of Washington, D.C.

Max Armstrong looks at the changing plans by USDA to move staff from the Economic Research Service and the National Institute of Food and Agriculture from Washington, D.C. to Kansas City. A large amount of the employees announced they would not relocate, and the group unionized. These moves have the agency changing the process for the move. Two-thirds of employees said they would not move.
