Soybeans plunge as weather risk fades

Corn and wheat try to hold after making new lows this week. (August)

Grain futures are lower this morning, but it’s a tale of two markets. Soybeans suffered double digit losses as big storms moved through parts of the Midwest overnight. Corn and wheat tried to stem losses after fears about lower wheat production in Europe helped provide support for markets that badly new some.
