Grain market mixed in quiet overnight trade

Outside markets overcome selloff in China, oil gets boost from Canada fires.

Grain futures are narrowly mixed so far this morning that has corn and soybeans trying to hang on to small gains. Outside markets turned higher in Europe after a selloff in China sparked by weak imports of energy and industrial metals that raised questions about the recovery there. Crude oil finds support from the fires in Canada, which threatened oil sands production.
