Max Armstrong says there is a national lifeguard shortage, according to the America Lifeguard Association. He says the show "Baywatch" helped for years because it made it interesting. But now, there is a lack of interest.

And the King of Conservation has died. David Brandt, of Fairfield County in Ohio, died this week as a result of an automobile accident. Brandt was known for high yielding crops with low inputs.
