Max Armstrong says a family in Texas had a near miss when a Union-Pacific locomotive hit their vehicle on railroad tracks. It’s a reminder to be careful on the tracks every time at all times.

Inflation is cooling. It’s down from last month and down from the peak in June 2022. However, prices for vehicles, houses and everything in between remain historically high.

A look at how farms are undergoing such a change in generational wealth. A broadcast by Nebraska Rural Radio Association is taking a look at how much it’s growing and how it will grow from one generation to another.

And, a town in Michigan, may not have a Memorial Day parade with no politicians. The parade organizer says it should be a parade to honor veterans and not politics.
