Plus, Bunge and Viterra are merging and it's likely to come under federal regulatory scrutiny because it will create the world's second largest grain trading company. It will mainly impact corn and soybeans. Bunge is purchasing Viterra for $8 billion. Cargill will remain in the number one spot and ADM will now be the third largest company.

And with summer comes fireworks. This year's fireworks across the USA may mean some jurisdictions limiting the summer ritual due to dry conditions in the eastern part of country. In 2021, there were 12,000 fires and $59 million property damage with 11,000 people with injuries.
