Towing companies and body shops have been busy in the aftermath of the winter storm.

The storm has had an impact on the meat industry, as processing plants couldn't get workers in, cattle couldn't get to plants and processed meat couldn't get out.

Parts of the criminal justice law passed by the Illinois legislature have been ruled unconstitutional.
