Max Armstrong looks back on a series he produced more than 10 years ago looking at cover crops. Max notes that today the practice has become more popular for reducing erosion, improving soil health and other uses. Max shares that in the last 10 years the use of cover crops has more than doubled from 5 million acres to 10 million; and there’s growth in other countries too.
