Max Armstrong recalls his first trip to Washington where he watched Farm Bureau lobbyists working with lawmakers. During the American Farm Bureau Convention this year, Zippy Duvall, shared a story about his daughter Zellie Duvall, who grew up on a farm, sitting in on an ag-focused trip. Even though raised on a farm she learned plenty about agriculture. And Duvall says she learned so much and he says he’s still learning so much and encourages Farm Bureau members to invite policy makers to their farms. And Max shares an interesting fact about the 118th Congress.
