SLOWER TO SELL: When sold on private treaty, marketing time for farmland has been longer. However, farms sold at online auction are bringing good prices.

Land listed for sale at online auction is bringing a good price with a lot of interest. Land that is only listed at private treaty is slower to sell than it has been in the past year.

Marketing time to sell a farm on an online auction is 60 days, and marketing time on a private treaty sale is much longer, with offers slow to come in.
