An Iowa man was lucky, as he nearly drove his car into a creek. The front and back ends were on the banks of two different creeks.

Hog traders continue to monitor African swine fever. Efforts to stop the spread in China haven't been successful. More than 200,000 pigs have been wiped out. It causes no harm to humans.

A town in wisconsin named its fire chief as person of the year.
