Max Armstrong looks at consumer research to understand buyer's opinions. He shares news from a recent survey that showed consumers know the value of protein in the diet. The study, conducted by the United Soybean Board, offers a range of interesting statistics, which Max shares. For example, while 79% eat meat, 65% is open to eating plant-based flexitarian friendly food. Just under half identify as omnivores.
