Two important changes on the redesigned website include expanded shipping selections and a new online payment choice, providing customers more convenient options when shopping for parts. Customers can continue to order parts directly from their local AGCO dealer or they can order and select the shipping address of their choice. “Customers can have parts delivered directly to their doorstep or pre-order online for faster in-store pickup,” says Patel. “These extra choices meet the needs of today’s customers.” The improved also includes the option for customers to pay online with a credit card and the latest encryption technology for safe online ordering.
