Hot Soymeal Market Lifts Corn and Soybean Futures

Exporters, livestock producers need soymeal

Soymeal futures jumped about $17 per ton on Wednesday in reaction to tight supplies and strong demand by livestock producers and exporters. Gains in that market lifted corn and soybean futures, while wheat futures advanced on ongoing talk the Russian wheat crop will be hurt by winter weather.
