Agco announced this week it has set up a new customer service center - called the Fuse Contact Center - to aid customers with precision ag tools. The center will be a resource for calibration, setup and operation of Agco precision agriculture and machine communication technology products.
The new center, now open for North America, will have other regional launches planned for the first quarter of 2014. The Fuse Contact Center is open 7 days a week from 1 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The center will support the following products: AgCommand, AgCommand API, Fendt VarioDoc; Auto-Guide 3000, Fendt VarioGuide; AgControl; FieldStar II; and System 110, 150, 350 and AES 25.
FUSE SUPPORT: Agco is upping the ante on support for its precision ag products with the Fuse Contact Center, which fires up in earnest in time for the 2014 crop season.
You can reach the North America Fuse Contact Center by calling 877-525-4384, and select Fuse Contact Center from the menu. You'll be able to speak with an Agco-trained support specialist for assistance using these Agco Fuse Technologies. The company is also working on email and live chat support, which will be offered at a later date.
Rob Lindgren, director of Global ATS Service and Training, notes: "The Fuse Contact Center will supplement the support our dealers currently offer, providing additional operational assistance when needed with these specific technology products to help keep our customers operations running smoothly and efficiently.
