Weather models are pushing out new forecast maps constantly these days, so traders tend to have a bit of a jaundiced eye about shifts in these computer-generated outlooks. But a series of runs out this morning show a dramatic shift to cooler and wetter conditions next week, after this week’s blistering heat wave. Buyers in South Korea stepped in to book corn and wheat after Tuesday’s selloff took prices near contract lows.
