Market Update for March 17, 2017

Bob Burgdorfer talks about factors impacting the market this week. (audio)

March 17, 2017

Volume was light this week, as we are sandwiched between two reports - last week's monthly supply and demand report and the March 31 prospective plantings report.

There are no weather issues to speak of this week and the 30 to 90 day forecast calls for warmer than normal temperatures and normal precipitation.

The CFTC report shows the funds are bailing from commodities.
