While the United States’ economic recovery remains anemic by most accounts, China’s economy has come roaring back, in part, due to the large economic stimulus package its government provided. Rabobank International’s Bill Cordingley discussed China’s growing demand for animal protein and the impact that could have on the U.S. grain and livestock sectors. He made those comments at the Cattle Industry Convention in Denver.
