NCBA upbeat about Washington possibilities: Part 2

The NCBA's Colin Woodall says cattlemen have a number of reasons to be optimistic about the outlook for the new Congress in Washington. Woodall also sees the possibilities on the trade impasse of recent years. He discussed those topics in an interview at the NCBA's Cattle Industry Convention in Denver earlier this month.
