Mike Pearson reminds us that Harvest Husker Days is set to begin September 12 -14. It is the nation’s largest irrigated farm show. It’s located in the Platte Valley, two hours west of Omaha, Neb,
The show will allow visitors to get up close and personal to the latest farm equipment and technology. It will also allow attendees to see what’s new in the irrigation world with the latest and greatest irrigation systems in the Plains.
Harvest Husker Days is different from other farm shows because it gives visitors a look into farming in the Plains. This also includes taking a look at how cattle play a crucial role in the Great Plains.
The show will feature beef seminars focusing on health and other matters. The event will also feature cattle handling demonstrations with the latest demonstrations in cattle chutes and gates.
The farm show will also examine autonomous equipment including Omni drive and Omni power equipment.
Harvest Husker Days will also feature the editors of Farm Progress.
Farm Progress America is a daily look at key issues in agriculture. It is produced and presented by Mike Pearson, a farm broadcaster and host of This Week in Agribusiness.
