MORE POWER: New for 2019, the Havoc X side-by-side machine gets a bigger engine, enhanced suspension and greater ground clearance. Textron targets this to buyers who want to push the limits for adventure and getting work done.

The side-by-side utility vehicle market remains active, and Textron Off-Road is filling out its line with new machines to meet more customer needs. The Havoc lineup grows to three models for 2019.

All three of the models — Havoc X, Havoc Backcountry and the base Havoc — feature a 100-horsepower, electronic fuel-injected engine, 2,000-pound towing capacity and the ability to haul up to 600 pounds in the cargo box.

The Havoc X is designed for riders who like to push machines a little harder, either at work or play. This model features Fox 2.5 Podium QS3 shocks with compression adjustment, so the driver can match the ride to the task at hand. Ground clearance for this machine is 13 inches, and the Havoc gets the industry’s first extended cab for added storage space. Available in Ballistic Bronze, the suggested list price is $17,799.

OFF-ROAD: The Havoc Backcountry comes standard with a roof and a hood rack for recreational use.

The Havoc Backcountry has a standard roof and a hood rack; it comes in Bright White with Orange along with Backcountry badging. Targeted at the recreational user, it features high-bolstered seats for more space. This edition’s suggested list price is $17,799.

The base Havoc features that 100-hp engine and standard electronic power steering. Suspension for this machine, best focused on work around the farm, is 12.8 inches. There’s 24 cubic feet of storage in the extended cab, too, for carrying tools you might need. Available in Fire Red, the suggested list price for this machine is $16,299.

WORKHORSE: The Havoc base model comes standard with power steering and 1-ton towing capacity. It also features an extended cab.

For the high-speed, side-by-side market, Textron also announced that the Wildcat XX lineup gets an upgrade to 130 hp, which the company claims is the highest horsepower, naturally aspirated vehicle in its class. The Wildcat XX is offered in Bright White with a suggested list price of $20,699.

New for 2019, the Wildcat XX Limited rolls with a range of features for trail riding, including front and rear bumpers, a half windshield and a marine-grade Bimini roof. There’s even a weather-resistant audio system. Suggested list price is $21,999.
