Ram makes a statement with 2017 Power Wagon that's showing up in dealerships by year end. The new truck plays on its heritage – in 1945 Dodge was the first truck maker to introduce a four-wheel drive pickup truck and they called it the Power Wagon. The name has since been resurrected over time, and in 2014 the company – as Ram – brought it back big time.
This new model features Hemi gas power and a host of interesting features that build on the heavy duty Ram pickup series. Based on a Ram 2500 platform it features power and towability the Ram folks have been touting since the rollout of the latest model year for the heavy duty trucks. The Power Wagon is a bold pickup but with its specs it should perform both on- and off-road on the farm. Check out the gallery to learn more about the newest edition of this heavy duty workhorse.
