Max Armstrong talks about cancelation of polar plunge events. (audio)

I suppose it begs the question. The polar plunge event held every New Year’s Day in Chicago was canceled. The folks in Wisconsin did their plunge anyway.

Did you see those scenes of fire in Elgin, N.D., where firefighters from three communities battled blaze at Dakota Farm Equipment. Building was total loss.

I’m very sensitive to homeless during times of cold like this. As many as 1 of 10 of young people are homeless. 26,000 young people questioned, counted those as homeless those who ran away from home or forced to stay with friends for even a night.

Firefighters, police officers, plumbers, electrical line workers are still at work in this cold. Nine months from now, others will be busy because of this cold.
