Hackers who couldn’t hack straight. They may not have hacked into Wisconsin state voter database afterall. They may have tried to hack into Wisconsin, but hacked into another state’s records by mistake.

The police broke in and found the man had fallen and was severely injured. He’s alive, thanks to his mail carrier.
