Max Armstrong looks at the move by USDA to relocate offices of the Economic Research Service and the National Institute of Food and Agriculture out of Washington, D.C. Secretary of Agriculture said the challenge is that it’s difficult to get employees to work in the Washington area. More than 130 locations have shared interest in hosting the agencies, but there’s a move in Congress to relocate the offices.
