MICRO FLO SOLD TO ARYSTA

BASF HAS sold Micro Flo Company to Arysta LifeScience North American Corporation. Arysta states this acquisition will “significantly broaden the scope” of the company's sales operations in the U.S. Micro Flo, headquartered in Memphis, TN, manufactures and distributes off-patent crop protection chemicals and offers manufacturing and distribution services.

Bayer will continue to own and operate the Arysta formulation production facility in Sparks, GA. Arysta has long-term agreements with BASF ensuring a supply of the Micro Flo products sourced from BASF.
