Cotton check-off program clearly working

Corpus Christi, Texas cotton producer Craig Shook is chairman of the Cotton Board. He discusses the results of a preliminary economic return study of Cotton Research & Promotion Program conducted by a team of Texas agricultural economists headed by Dr. Oral Capps. The study indicated all contributors to the federal marketing order are getting significant returns on their investments.
