The Yuma Center of Excellence for Desert Agriculture will sponsor a April 12 seminar called “New Developments in Advancing Management of Fusarium Wilt of Lettuce.”

The University of Arizona’s Barry Pryor and Mike Matheron will discuss Fusarium wilt of lettuce research results from 2016 field trials on varietal resistance and product efficacy.

The event is from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Yuma Agricultural Center, 6425 W. 8^th St., Yuma, Ariz.
