The agricultural listening session at Farmfest on Aug. 7 drew a standing room only crowd.
The annual event, held on the Gilfillan Estate, Morton, Minn., draws an estimated 30,000 people each year.
The ag panel included Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue; Rep. Collin Peterson, D-Minn., chairman of the U.S. House Agriculture Committee; Rep. Ted Yoho, R-Florida; and additional Minnesota U.S. House Reps. Angie Craig, Jim Hagedorn, Peter Stauber and Dean Phillips.
