Summers is planning a rolling basket giveaway during the Farm Progress Show.

For the second year in a row, some lucky Farm Progress Show attendee will walk away with a set of Summers Mounted Rolling Baskets thanks to the Win Rolling Baskets giveaway. From Aug. 30-Sept. 1, just roll into booth No. 362 in the Southwest Quadrant and talk to a Summers representative to submit an entry. If you win, Summers will not only deliver the baskets, but also help mount them on existing equipment.

Last year’s winner was John Blosser, a farmer from Morton, Illinois. He decided to attach his new mounted rolling baskets to a Case IH 690 chisel plow. Unique to Summers’ rolling baskets are patented internal mud scrapers, which keep them clean for continuous high performance in the wettest conditions. This makes them an ideal field finishing option for breaking up clumps, leveling the soil and seedbed preparation in most operations. Blosser witnessed this after it rained nearly an inch overnight, turning his black-dirt fields into a sticky mess.
