A massive storm is spreading moisture this morning from the Mexican border all the way up to Canada, which should stall plants in much of the Corn Belt for the rest of the spring. U.S. farmers aren’t the only ones grappling with weather, with corn planting also delayed in China. Outside markets appear to be calming down, causing some buying in stocks and commodities as well.
