At the recent Soybean Symposium on quality and trade, host by the University of Minnesota, a variety of speakers talked about the export challenges with soybeans – from stricter foreign materials issues and declining protein composition, to amino acid profiles and nutritional bundling/component pricing that could lead to a new soybean value chain based on soybean meal component profiles.
