For the first time, USA Rice Federation is publishing a series of fact sheets (http://www.usarice.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1130&Itemid=399) that contain technical information about types of U.S.-grown rice. The fact sheets provide information on the physical and cooking properties, applications, quality and nutrition information and U.S. suppliers of each rice type. Fact sheets are available for Arborio, superior processing quality, sweet, aromatic and long-, medium- and short-grain rice.
