Max Armstrong talks about how a northeast Ohio mental health group decided to tackle the topic of mental health and farmers during the month of May-- which is mental health month.

In Ashtabula County, a mental health dinner theater was recently held. It was held with ag professionals and farming families in an effort to discuss the stress in farming and the resources to deal with it.

The three-act play featured a farming dealing with stress by not eating and his mood changes and a lesson that showed stress is the body’s response to a threat.
