Helena Jette, working for the Indiana Soybean Alliance, saw an opportunity to bring soybeans to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in downtown Indianapolis. Still working on the final details, high oleic soybean oil will be used for cooking at the venue where the Indiana Pacers play basketball. Local products will be used to produce the heart-healthy oil, and signage will promote it around the arena.
