Max Armstrong reports on the state of agriculture research facilities, which are out of date. Max shares insights from Ernie Minton who is director of the Kansas State Extension Service. He wrote an editorial for the Kansas City Star that says ag research facilities need a significant update. Many of these facilities were built in the 1950s and 1960s. And Max shares that a majority of those facilities are more than 25 years old and in need of an update.
