Rob Goodling, extension associate, Pennsylvania State University, speaking at the Pennsylvania Dairy Summit recently, shared that farmers who have plans for a value-added business often leave it collecting dust. But he advises the importance of revisiting that plan regularly including the right employees working with those customers who are “always right.”
