Spring wheat jumps to two-year high

Corn, soybean, winter wheat markets also higher. (audio)

Spring wheat is leading the crop markets higher on Tuesday after USDA late on Monday said that crop was in worse condition than traders had expected. Dry conditions in the northern Plains had that wheat getting off to a poor start. The gains in spring wheat gave a lift to the corn, soybeans and winter wheat.

Also being watched is the dollar, which fell to its lowest since the November election. Gold is higher and at its highest since the November election
