Max Armstrong shares insight about the rising cost of oats.

USA Today says 4 million Americans get water from small systems that didn't conduct required tests or failed to properly test. 

On bitter cold mornings like this, Max really enjoys a bowl of oatmeal. The price of that raw commodity has risen almost 40% since September after rain and snow on the Canadian prairie impacted harvest. U.S. oats production is rather minimal, most U.S. oats are imported. Some analysts think the price could rise from its current $2.34 a bushel.

Fashion conscious hunters in Michigan may soon have another choice. If signed, hunter pink will be allowed in addition to blaze orange. Wisconsin lead the way on this, but president of women's hunting and sporting association said the bill was demeaning.
