Land realtors say it was interesting test of market. Schrader Auction Company handed sale of 8,600 acres for $55.3 million dollar. Land was part of extensive Wilder Farm Holdings. The most interested parties were outside investors. The sale attracted 64 bidders. 

This is the kind of cold a lot of people haven't experienced before. It's the worst cold in a few years. Two terms to remember: Ice in and Ice out. Ice in and Ice out vary lake-to-lake, but you'll want to make sure that the ice is in before you go out fishing.
