Markets are bearish as they reopen after three-day Memorial Day weekend.

Average crop ratings are expected this afternoon as USDA releases its Crop Progress report. The report will be the first one to release corn condition.

There seems to be little carryover from British elections, employment report expected later this week into commodity market.
