Wetter forecast, outside market jitters cap rally. (Video)

Dry conditions on the northern Plains help rally grain futures last week, but wetter forecasts and turmoil on outside markets weigh on sentiment this morning. Follow-through buying fizzled, leaving prices mixed. Middle East tensions, terror attacks, British elections and the Russian probe in Washington all appear to be dampening traders’ appetite for risk.
