Futures battle to hold rebound

Spring wheat surge takes markets higher. (Video report)

After getting beaten up again on Tuesday, grain futures are trying to turn around today. Steady buying was noted early into the overnight session but prices started to fade gains in Europe. A big jump in spring wheat futures provided some momentum, along with changing weather forecasts for the last full week of August. Demand news and movement around the world are also in play today for traders.
