The following are several of the most recent sales in Nebraska:

Northwest

Kimball County. A total of 157.31 acres sold for $89,000. This farm is dryland crop ground, located 9 miles south of Kimball, Neb., on Highway 71. — Compliments of Agri Affiliates Inc.

North

Holt County. A total of 159.41 acres sold for $590,000. This farm was offered in three tracts or as a whole unit, and it contains dryland cropland, irrigated cropland and pasture with improvements. It has a great location, close to O’Neill, Neb. — Compliments of Farmers National Co.

Southwest

Hayes County. A total of 795.64 acres sold for $2,400,000. This is a productive dryland and pivot-irrigated farm. The farm carries good Class 2 and 3 soils and is an excellent water area. Lincoln County. A total of 186.85 acres sold for $236,000. This unique property offers duck, goose and deer hunting, along with fishing and ice fishing in the winter months. The meadowland produces about 200 round bales of hay annually. — Compliments of Farmers National Co.
